- Master Degree in Related Subject and B.Ed Exam Passed OR
- Bachelor Degree / Master Degree with Minimum 45% Marks (As per NCTE Norms) with B.Ed. OR
- 4-Year Course B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed Exam Passed.

- Master Degree in Related Subject with 50% Marks and B.Ed Exam / B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed Passed OR

- Master Degree with 55% Marks and 3 Year B.Ed-M.Ed Course.
